So my days have been going so quickly! I must admit, I have always been hesitant about the stay-at-home-mom life. Hesitant meaning I just didn't think it was for me. But alas, it is and I'm LOVING it! Perhaps the only thing that could make it better was if a) my washer and dryer were hooked up, b) our water wasn't chlorine again or c) we had internet at home. I'm hoping all three of those will come in the next few months! :)
Not much new to report, really. I've been waiting for our SW to call regarding setting up our first homestudy appointments. Supposedly it was to happen a week after homework was turned in (we turned ours in a week and a half ago, but who's counting?) So I had my adorable hubby call. THEY WERE CALLING MY OLD CELL PHONE!!!! AHHHH. I'm hoping to hear from them TODAY on the new phone when our first meeting is.
Anyway, off to cook some lunch. Have to get the house ready because our lawyer/notary/friend is coming over to do the dirty deed that is making a will. Oh the good stuff!
I'm no writer, I assure you. Just a woman with a few things on her mind. A mom that makes mistakes, a wife that loves her husband more than words can say and a woman constantly seeing God in the everyday.

Things that would also make your life better
d) If you still had a yard for John to mow, so you could make up some evil ploy to get him to come over and get all hot and sweaty while trimming the bushes (wink).
e) If you didn't live at "Day Camp" but instead lived at Camp "Look my backyard still isn't mowed and it's not even my responsibility any more"
f) If I came to visit more often...like Friday when I'll be out to visit.
g) If camp had a glorious fondue fountain at the pool.
h) That's probably it...if it had all those things, it would be perfect. But it could even be perfecter (yes it's a word, because I want it to be) if everyone at camp always wore spandex!
So glad you're enjoying being home with the kids! I hope you get a date nailed down soon for your first visit...we have our final one TONIGHT! :) Time flies when you're having fun, right?
