I made vegetarian chili tonight and the kids ate it. Without complaining.
This is blog worthy. It's actually newsworthy but since I no longer work for the TV station, I'll have to stick to this blog.

I'm no writer, I assure you. Just a woman with a few things on her mind. A mom that makes mistakes, a wife that loves her husband more than words can say and a woman constantly seeing God in the everyday.

I have an awesome recipe for vegetarian chili. Suddenly, I'm feeling like I sent it to you once...am I losing my mind? Anyway, I'd love to read the recipe you used. I LOVE veggie chili. I'm pretty sure Jake remembers my veggie chili because I used to bring it to school to share with all my "children" on teacher institute days. :)
